Brand Experiences :

Brand experiences are the experiences occupied by the customer and environment . In this concept , companies takes feedback from the communities to describe that as a referals to buy or increase brand values . Through that feedback they resolve customers and became trusted brand . There is no any range scale to find right feedback companies try as far as they can reach to find right feedback and informative feedback for better future , through all this may be some critics arrise but that make brand more supportive because controversies are the friend of business only if they can conquer and win that fight.


Example : Dell uses their brand experiences to enhance their brand values by knowing most of their laptops buy through school or college students, then they made a special inspiron version represent that support .
